Range 23 Taproom is a boutique space, free from distractions so you can focus on what’s in front of you, while enjoying all that surrounds you. Our small and inviting space is located in the center of charming downtown Bonner Springs, Kansas. We offer a wide selection of Range 23 Brewing classic ales and lagers and non-alcoholic craft beverages, as well as limited wine and cocktails. Enjoy curated boards and snacks, or order in from nearby eateries.

Let us host your event

  • Let Range 23 Taproom host your special celebration or corporate event. We can accommodate up to 35 total guests for birthday parties, anniversaries, or any special occasion, as well as business happy hours, team-building events, retirement parties, etc. This service is available Sundays-Wednesdays* (not during our regular taproom operating hours, Thursday-Saturday).

  • All of our regular products are available, (craft beer as well as craft soda, spirited sodas, and a limited wine selection) served by Range 23 staff. Charcuterie boards are also available and apply to the minimum.

    Costs:

    -$350.00 on-site purchase** minimum for up to three hours. $125 on-site purchase minimum per hour after that.

    -Events must be secured with a $65.00 non-refundable setup/cleanup fee.

    -20% automatic gratuity will be applied at the end of the event after final fees

    Costs include:

    -Onsite bartender

    -Seating for up to 35

    -Choice of music (or we can play your playlist)

    -Trash removal

    Optional services:

    -Beer tastings ($15/person - can be applied to the minimum)

    -Custom signage/posters for your event (extra cost - contact us for pricing)

    -Specialty cocktails/mocktails (contact us for details)

    Restrictions:

    -No outside beverages.

    -Outside food must be approved. Please note we do not have a kitchen and cannot accommodate food preparation or cleanup (bring it in and take it out/dispose of leftover food).

    -Events may not go past 9 p.m.

    -Any decorations must be approved prior to event day. Nothing can be affixed to walls; table decorations only.

    -Our capacity is 35 guests for private events. Absolutely no exceptions.

    *Subject to availability; current operating hours subject to change.

    **Minimums apply only to products served on-site during event. Canned/bottled products packaged for off-site consumption cannot apply to minimum. If your event does not meet the minimum, the remainder will be charged as a service fee at the end of your event. 20% gratuity will be applied after any final service fees.

  • We offer two different charcuterie options: standard and premium. Each spread features a variety of boards that feed up to 15 people for small-plate sized portions, or more for light appetizers.

    Standard Charcuterie ($170): Variety of sliced cheese, crackers, cured meats, fresh fruit, pickles, chocolates, cookies.

    Premium Charcuterie ($230): Variety of Green Dirt Farm cheeses, premium crackers, cured meats, fresh and dried fruits, assorted jams/mustards, premium chocolates and confections.

    Charcuterie purchased for your private event applies directly to your minimum.
